I was online trying to cancel a follow up hospital appointment with my primary doctor, when this rude young lady PT ( I had never seen her before) came in and insisted that she and I were going to do some PT before I leave at two.

I said I wasn’t interested, but she would not take no for an answer. They must earn extra money for every additional session they line up. Finally, after arguing for five minutes, she said, “well, just let me see you walk across the room.”

I just had a lovely phone call with my beloved Kim Criswell, who's at her in-laws on Long Island and hopefully flying back to London tomorrow (she's hoping the flight will not be canceled).
