I'm DISGUSTED!

I sent the following to Amazon.com's "so-called" customer service this morning:
"I have a question I would like for Mr. Bezos to read:
"What has happened to customer service at Amazon.com?
"On Wednesday (10/5) and Thursday (10/6) I wrote to you concerning the following:

Order #: 102-2857040-4633723
Recipient: Ron Pulliam
Items not yet shipped:
Delivery estimate: October 10, 2005 1 of: Cinderella (Disney Special Platinum Edition) ]
"Notice the order date and the 'Items Not Yet Shipped' notation.
"This was a 2nd-day-delivery ship-as-item-is-available order.
"A PRE-order.
"You had this item in stock on Tuesday, 10/4!
"When I wrote you yesterday, the listing for this item had a note telling customers that if they ordered within the next 4 hours and so many minutes, they could have it by today, 10/7.
"Yet...please NOTE...my pre-ordered 2nd-day-delivery ship-as-item-is-available order HAS NOT YET SHIPPED.
"There was a time when Amazon.com, upon becoming aware of such a problem, would have moved heaven and earth to rectify it.
"I didn't require a response. A visit to my account seeing "Item SHIPPED" would have been sufficient. On Wednesday. On Thursday. Even today (Friday).
"But NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.
"IS ANYBODY THERE. And most importantly: DOES ANYBODY CARE?
"I'm truly shocked and amazed and disappointed!"
