I asked a lady at the table behind us to take a photo of Gail and me....and it turned out she was my distant cousin....Mooresville....you know.
But mostly it was boring.
Freddie, I ushered yesterday for the American Classic Bluebonnet Classic, a two-weekend competition of high school and middle school stage ads and choral groups. They came from as far as New Jersey. Some were excellent, some were in need of work.
Here is photographic evidence of the soiree last night. I am wearing the current rage - a casual shirt with a zipper closure....soon everyone will be wearing them.... Actually I found it in the closet and it sort of matched, so I wore it.I will say that the Michael Strahan jacket I am wearing is one of the first ones I have purchased in recent years that really fits and is exactly the size it says it is. If you need to buy a new jacket....check for his brand.

I stayed in bed an extra long time again, and it’s what I needed. Allergies have been supremely annoying these last few days, and I’ll be very glad to get beyond this.
