What does the question mark mean?

Who is your step-daughter?

DR TCB did you ever get your air conditioner set up?

No!

Darn.  Did you say it rolls around on wheels & has a hose to the window?  Bryan mentioned he got a window air conditioner and had seen the mobile ones with hoses.  I couldn't remember what you got.

I'm still trying to get the "cat"scent out of the room in the basement.  They have never done this before, so I'm not sure why, but it's not a pleasant odor and I'm open for suggestions in getting rid of it.

My favorite cleaner for this is OdoBan: http://www.odoban.com  I used the original concentrate.

You might try a good enzyme cleaner first.  A lot of people like Natures Miracle.  I personally never had success with it, unfortunate I can't remember the name of my favorite enzyme cleaner.

Thanks! I'll try this.  I just found that they sell it at Walmart and Sam's Club.

I didn't try vinegar.  I had a pet stain cleaner in a spray bottle and I sprayed and blotted the couple spots I thought it could be.  I've used Febreeze pet odor remover and I've used the Arm and Hammer  Pet deodorizer.  It's a little better, but still really strong

Yes, I got the portable one that you can roll around, but it needs the hose vented to the window.

If you are not sure where the spot is, you might want to go to your neighborhood pet store and get one of those small black lights.  That is about the only way to tell if you have found it all.

My real problem with the film of Hello, Dolly! is both Gene Kelly and Michael Kidd.  As much as I like the latter, I just miss the genius of Gower Champion's original choreography - Kidd doesn't even come close.

Back from a lovelier than lovely dinner, and my dinner partner volunteered to do the heavy mattress lifting, so now the bed has the proper bed skirt and looks very pretty.

And now I'm awaiting the arrival of Miss Jane Lanier and about five boxes of her amazing and extremely yummilicious homemade caramels (spelled Karmels by her).  I'll have two or three tonight for dessert.  Then I'll settle in and watch some motion picture or another.  Listening to the first third of the new master, which sounds great.

Will there be a photo of the bed skirt?

DR Jane and Jennifer... I liked the second book better than the first.  I'm looking forward to reading the third....and to finishing it so I can get some sleep at night again!

My Mom made a huge meal this afternoon.  Roast beef and rice, potato salad, bean salad, watermelon, orange carrots, and more.  Then homemade peach pie for dessert.  It was very yummy.

My brother and I did a little work on the dock.  It was nice to be out on the lake. I wasn't going to spend the night over the 4th of july weekend because there's a lot going on here, but we're making it a 4 day weekend, so I think I'll spend 2 days here and 2 days there

TERRIFIC book, and the ending!  Read the third book slowly.  You will be sorry for it to end.

Unfortunately I saw that ad in the back for the third book so I knew that a certain character would be back
