DR Elmore, will you get to see your beloved physician one more time before she leaves?

Ask BK Day: Bruce, if I were to make a suggestion/request for a song to be sung at your next kids-only Kritzerland show (which I think you said is next month), might you consider it? The song was written for a child character, it's timely, and it's short.

Sure - I often ask for dear reader's ideas for songs.

I'm up, due to a ringing telephonic device.  I suppose I'll return the call as soon as I'm coherent.

I think it is time to start looking into getting a new printer for my computer.  Currently, my printer looks like it is redacting every third print job.  Maybe Big Brother is watching!

BK - have you ever thought of publishing a folio of your songs?  A lot of them are perfect for a Cabaret setting, and a lot of them are funny, which is always welcome.  If I hear one more new "angst" song, I'm giving up theatre for ever!!!

Good morning, all.

We dodged a bullet -- a great big bullet -- yesterday, when the nor'easter brought only torrential rains and no snow.  I'm hoping our luck continues today and tonight, when there could be just a touch of mix or of snow in the slowly moving aftermath.

I guess we are expecting a nor'wester (I just made up that name) tomorrow afternoon.  They are saying torrential rain and winds gusting to 60 mph.  Just my luck, I get all of my Christmas decorations up outside, and now they will probably blow away.

Had a nice chat with our very own Sandy Bainum.  Both she and I would REALLY love it if those who've heard it and enjoyed it (and have said so on this very board) would finally go write a little amazon review.  I'm not trying to be pushy about it (well…) but they really, really help us.

We are girding our loins for a massive rain system expected to start dumping tons of rain upon us starting this evening and throughout tomorrow.

TV stations are recommending people stay home tomorrow, if at all possible, as many roads are likely to be flooded.

Skies have been gray for days now.  Little outbursts of showers have been blooming randomly the past few days.

We need the rain.  I'm not too sure, though, that we will need it all at the same time.   We are expecting 4-6 inches tomorrow, depending upon where we live in the Bay Area.

I could use some good Amazon reviews for ROBERTA, too!  we just got a really weird one from a Robert K, who wrote this brief one: "good price fast service . ive waited ages for a full recording of this musical."  No comment on the actual recording r performances, just that, but I checked his earlier review and all they get is "good price fast service."

I am now down to three large Paint Your Wagon Act Two numbers: the Can-Can, Rope Dance, and "The Strike." On Friday, when I deliver to Joshie everything I've finished, we'll look for the full score for "Wanderin' Star," which should be there but isn't.  There's also in the rental material a song from the post-Broadway tour, "Take The Wheels Off The Wagon." I want to hear it.

Back from grocery shopping and an uneventful dental check-up.  I can hardly stand all this excitement.
