Well, you've read the notes, the notes went into the boyhood woods, and now it is time for you to post until the boyhood cows come home.

I watched "Disney on Broadway" last night and enjoyed it, especially the moment with Richard M. Sherman.  Ashley Brown, who played Mary Poppins on Broadway, sang "Feed the Birds."  Here's the complete segment, although without Richard M. Sherman:

Excuse me?  I'm here more often than not!

I'm involved in a show right now, and it's a long show, so that takes up some of my time.

Topic of the Day:  what about a little girl (who's got the chops) singing the arrangement of "Santa Fe" that Debbie (Shapiro) Gravitte sang on her Alan Menken album?  I love that version.  I'm not as much a fan of the new stage show version.

Good very early morning, all.  I miraculously got up even early than I had to, and am all dressed up with, well, someplace to go.  Namely, a high school.  Oy!

Monday morning greetings!  This the first day of what I fear will be a very stressful week.  I hope BK will excuse my errantness and truantness, should either occur.

Good morning, all!  I am very sleepy.  Last night the neighbor above me and her dog were very rambunctious after I  had turned out my lights.  There was way too much banging and bumping.  I think the dog has some heavy chew toy that it drops on the floor far too often.

So, i want to go back to bed.

I've got all my City Center Encores! work together, and it's heavy. i'm deciding if I should move therapy and not have to cart all of the work as well as my change of clothes with me. I think i'll see if i can move it to Wednesday.  If so, i'll nap for another hour.

I'm hoping the film of "Into The Woods" is better than the show, which I really dislike: I think "The Fantasticks" tells the same story clearer and simpler.  At the moment, I only want to see it for Jonathan's orchestrations, David Krane's adaptation and James Corden, who was so wonderful in "One Man, Two Guvnors."

Tonight at midnight is the deadline for people signing up for health care who want coverage starting Jan 1, so it promises to be a most crazy day.       :P

I know that Sondheim's new song for Meryl Streep as the witch will be included on the DVD/Blu-Ray of INTO THE WOODS, but I am disappointed that they didn't include it on the deluxe edition of the film's soundtrack, out today on CD and iTunes.
