Bruce it is rare to find a really good scone in this country. If you go to England try them there and I would be shocked if you didn’t put tons of Devonshire cream on them.

Well I rewrote and rewrote all weekend and thought I had a not a bad version of the play. So I printed it out and started to read it and started making more changes!! The process goes on and I am enjoying it. I wish I had the time to set aside the same amount of hours each day to rewrite.

And oh yes I am seeing Mr. Jason Graae in concert tomorrow night. He is opening performer for the new cabaret series at the Crest Theater in Delray Beach Florida. Miss Liz Callaway is the final performer.

As per yestrday, keep me penciled in for the show, DR Elmore. I'm about 85% sure I'll go. I see no reason not to, at the mo. And if I go - perhaps we can have high tea.
They used to have high tea at the Windsor Arms in Toronto. That was something I really liked. And high tea in Victoria, British Columbia where my late friend Peter Wildeblood lived. That was great fun. I'm a high tea aficionado.

Best Hi-tea I have ever had was at The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, Michigan.

Two hours later (and 1 hour and 45 minutes after Betsy wisely left, LOL), it's pretty much done.

The drought ties in with the snow levels, not with how much rain Los Angeles/SoCal receives. The rain runs off fairly quickly, while snow sticks around for a while. It's the sustained run-off from the snow that provides the water during the summer, which is when the water is needed most.
