Or here's something else to talk about. My accomplishment for tonight.  ;D

I like to go to 99-cent shops, pick up random items, and ask "How much does this cost?"

I hate beets.

Tonight at STATE FAIR, after my bit....well it is so small it is not a bit it is more of a bi....I was watching a bit of the show with the light person.  Then I walked outside and the director and a few other board members were sitting there SMOKING.  I asked the director:

ME:  Vickie, why aren't you using a wash on the cyc?

VICKIE:  I am.

ME: No you're not.   There hasn't been any light on it for the past two days.

VICKIE:  There has to be.

ME:  Nope.

Seems that the Stage Manager thought the light person turned on the breaker for the backstage dimmer pack and the light person thought the stage manager did it, so nobody did.  We have been doing STATE FAIR with half the lights for two performances.

I flipped the breaker during the last scene change so the cyc would be lit for the last scene and the bows.  Everyone needed sun glasses!

We were at a 99-cent store and there were these reading glasses for $15.97. I felt like buying a pair so I could make a fuss when they rung up for more than a dollar, but my mom said it was a stupid idea.

Oh, I forgot that I had a double feature Bollywood...here is the other movie...TAAL (2001)...typical love triangle which is what 95 percent of Bollywood movies seem to be about...oh, and some people sing in it too.

I did discover a new favorite current Bollywood actor...Akshaye Khanna...he is the one with the dimple in his chin!  :D

I don't believe he has done Barnum!

Believe me, Michael, you would remember if he had done Barnum!

I don't mind raw beets, it's pickled beets that give me the willies.  However, the story of The Randy Vicar and the Pickled Beet is wonderful.

Indeed it is a wonderful story, but that Pickled Beet is a little tart!

Well, beets was not the worst subject ever discussed at HHW.  That honor would go to Survivor.  However, I was hoping that a few others here would have come up with some additional Special HHW Tony Awards.  That was the only reason that I did not individually honor each and every one of you!
