Mr. Graae hasn't called yet, muse Margaret is out for a little while, so I shall begin work on conforming The Brain.

Oh dear, I found it.  I guess the organist hit the transposition button or stop instead of something else...but the results are....well....

Barack Obama.

It was scary crossing those party lines for the first time in many years.  8)  But no arrests were made.  :P

In your case, DR George, was the answer really in doubt?    ;D

True...very true.

Only if he was in that production of Pal Joey.

I thought someone asked me who I voted for...  :o

On second thought, I might vote for that guy in the picture.....depending on circumstances and what jacket he wore in that number.  ;D

I complained one time too many to the man who does some of the theatre website....he told me (finally) how to add links to print outs.

I shall try it this evening when I return home....one less thing he has to do and more power for me...YES more POWER FOR ME!!!  Soon I will be the King of the ENTIRE WEBSITE...and nothing can stop me...NOTHING, do you hear?  NOTHING...................

Oh, I think DR SANDRA just landed near me.

Today we received our voters ballets.  It is exciting to have more than one choice on the ballet, just wish I wanted one of the choices.

Hillary will be in Ashland on Thursday.  Bill was here in March as was Barack (different dates).  Until I read the news this morning I was expecting Bill to return.  I guess now that Oregon is a hot spot Hillary is coming in person.

Interesting tidbit:

Someone supposedly "in the know" over at CASTRECL says that Ethel Merman rehearsed, opened, and recorded Gypsy in the keys that you hear on the recording, but that all immediately thereafter all her songs were lowered at least a half step for the duration of her run.

Hiya -

Show is going well!! I'm having so much fun. I get the Russian again onThursday. Both the (bad/non) cellist AND the keyboard were absent on Sunday's matinee, so I had to be a one-man band AND run the thunder sheet!!!

Here's an excerpt from a review (CurtainUp.com):

Actress/singer Penny Orloff opens the show with exquisite 17th-century madrigals that set the tone for the intuitive taste and high standards of this new group in its debut production.

Re:  hands and hand cream/lotion.  I have been plagued most of my adult life with a weird skin problem that no dermatologist has been able to properly diagnose, though a couple have said it appears to be a mutant form of exczema (sp?).  I get very small patches of extremely dry skin that ultimately crack and bleed.  I get these on tips of my fingers regularly, which makes playing the piano very painful.  I have been prescribed many an expensive "remedy" over the years (Protopic for example goes for over $100 a tube!), none of which worked.  I finally defaulted to lotions last year and though I still have the problem, it's better than it's been in a long time.

I don't have time to find the link right now.  But i have heard of someone with a problem that sounds like what you described.

There is a product that i think might help you.  There is a company called Aloette that sells in canada on theshopping network (i'm sure they sell at QVC or HSN in the US). There is a product called "aloette radiance supplement".

Anyhow they woman who owns the company had a horrible hand condition where her hands bled too. And this product made that completely go away.

I think all of the shopping channels have 30 day money back guarantees. So it might be worth a try.
