As comforting for you as it is, it is DD Zach who would benefit from being able to see and hear you on a daily basis when you're gone.

Today is Thursday in the everyday world.  For me, it's my work week Friday.

I'm so glad I only had to work two days this week!

I'm totally ready to retire.  Every fiber of my being screams out to me to retire.

But there remains that one little nagging voice inside my head that says, "No, No!  Work.  Accrue more time!"

We shall see.

SlapJack, thanks for the link of the CPAP cleaner. I'll watch that later. And yes, I hate to clean mine.

Ditto!

I made some calves' foot jelly for the play.  But I don't know what it's supposed to look like, but I am sure someone here does.

It's jello, right?

From foodterms.com:

Calf's foot jelly is:

An aspic made by boiling calves' feet until the natural gelatin is extracted. The liquid is strained, then combined with wine, lemon juice and spices and refrigerated until set. If sugar is added, it can be eaten as a dessert. Calf's-foot jelly was once thought to be a restorative for invalids.

It's not a jar of jelly, in other words, but a gelatin mold.

And it ranks right up there with sweat peas, in my estimation.

Mister Lincoln rose.

Lovely, but looks more like a Mickey Mouse rose.

How about sweet peas in a gelatin mold? Lime, perhaps. With tuna fish, rice, walnuts, celery and more? That was my favorite dish my mom ever made.

Wow, here is a harrowing story of a young, handsome gentleman who miraculously survived a massacre by that horrible ISIS group that killed all the others in his group.

Warning: The video interview is likely to get you choked up. They guy gets a bit emotional at times, naturally.

I'm up - was up at nine-thirty after almost eight hours of sleep.  Had the telephonic call and will shortly go get something to eat - probably a cup of soup and a sandwich.

Thank you DR JOHN G.....I was looking at some pictures of the REAL stuff.....and it was pretty disgusting looking.....

Using pudding makes it easy to care for and it will last for the couple of weeks of the run without a lot ... or any ... care.

And then you can EAT IT at the closing night cast party!         :)
