*And I believe it's Carl Magnus.

You are right!  The reviewer got it wrong; I should have checked.

It's Count Carl-Magnus.    :)

there are lots of movies with a Frobisher and some movies with a Pip, but I can't find one with BOTH of the characters.   Too bad ONE actor's name can't be remembered.

Oh, one other clue...he said that the Miss Frobisher character was a spinster who sponsored or raised orphans or something like that...   ???

I just called home and the phone is now working. We can receive and make calls, so everyone who tried to call us over the weekend, call us again  ;)

And about time, too! :)

I believe he's remembered some names incorrectly.

And what, pray tell, is "Dirt?"

A one-man show playing at Under St. Mark's.  The play centers on Sad, an illegal immigrant from Iraq, who sells roses on the streets to make ends meet.

Thanks for the info. I have to hobble down to Toyland now.  I wanted to wait till rush hour was over since I think it will be a slow move until my body limbers up a bit.  I've been waiting for the Tylenol with codeine to kick in.  So far I'm getting no kick from codeine.

Many people don't know that Cole Porter's original draft read:

I've just finished burning another DVD on my brand new (to me) DVR/DVD burner! :D It's ever so much fun.  I've discovered that you can make chapters within a title and then delete certain chapters, so you can delete commercials...I love that!

But when you originally record onto the hard disc drive whatever it is that you want to record, you have to decide what speed/quality to record it at because that's the speed/quality that it has to be dubbed onto the DVD.  For instance, I've been recording from my Comcast DVR onto the DVD burner using the XP speed, which is the best speed, but that means that I only get one hour on a DVD.  If I want two hours on a DVD, I have to record using the SP (next lower quality) speed, etc.

DR George,

On my DVD burner, there is next to no difference in XP and SP quality (I find them virtually identical), and you do get one hour more recording time, so I always record on SP.
