No packages today - most annoying.  In fact, no mail at all save for a bank statement.

MR BK will indeed reach his new Play Doh sometime today.

George Play Doh.  Wasn't he a French playwright?

You're part of a noble profession!  Why, the word Count is in your title.

Help me.  Please.  :)

Yes, I believe he wrote the classic farce "Some Clay in Her Ear."

Yes, it's sad isn't it.

Resting on his laurels, you might say.

But I have an idea that he's busy.  Give him a break if you can.

For those of you who know former DR tomovoz, I thought you would like to know that Tom's father passed away today, six days shy of his 103 birthday.

Wow...103 years old.  Thanks for sharing, TCB.

I am now SKYPE-tastic.  I have a writing job IV tomorrow with one person in Stockholm and another in Puerto Rico.  I am hoping, if hired, the job necessitates me visiting both of them regularly.  ;)

Home after a long day with the grantwriters and a troubling stop at the hospital.  There's no change in John's condition, the doctors can't agree on his treatment, and his immediate family is really stressed.

Whew!  Just finished mowing the front and side yard where it's most visible to the street.  I was gone over the weekend and the forecast is for it to get hotter after tonight, so I was glad to get it done tonight

Wow. I hope it wasn't anything exciting. We don't want no excitement in our neighborhoods, you know.

You know what the most disturbing thing about Lost, Season Three is?  Terry O'Quinn's new upper teeth.  So weird, and like all people who have a complete new set put in, his lips fit around them in a way they didn't used to.  It took me only about two scenes to figure out why he looked a little different.

Well, I haven't heard anything else unusual, so I'm thinking it's nothing too bad

Is it my imagination, or is it true that kids really know how to suck up when they want/need something.

Well goodnight.

Today was too busy for me (at work) to think anymore.

Sleep well.

Wonderful Wednesday to all DR's.

Fun tour today in Atlantic City.  I will try to download a couple of photos when I can find the time.  They just recently got about 1/8th of the organ playing, and they fired it up today for us.  Let me tell you, it is L-O-U-D.  And with only part of it working.  It was glorious!!  The "room" seats 41,000.
