DR JoseSPiano - great family portait; thanks for sharing it.  I imagine it's not too often lately that you're all in the same room!

The last minister used to say "post-modern" several times in every sermon. My son and I would play the drinking game with our sodas in the soundbooth.

"Death comes unexpectedly!"

Name the actor and the movie.....

LOL DR SWW.....

ALGOPHOBIA: A painful reaction caused by watching a Nobel Prize winner and former vice president predicting the end of the world.

Perhaps, some people should pay attention when told by Henny-penny, that The sky is falling.

Then you also noticed that I didn't object to the "Drag" part.

DR Laura, just one of the many qualities of the previous minister you admired? ;D

DR Jrand, glad to know that the box did arrive...even if notification of such didn't!

And TCB, you will be pleased to know that I will be meeting Miss Molly Bee during my February visit to Burbank.

Bes sure to tell Molly that you know me.  I am one of the dozen people who ever saw CHARTROOSE CABOOSE.  I was a big Edgar Buchanan fan.

JRand, how many times did your sister check with the post office regarding the missing package?

As far as I know, DRJANE - they asked the postman several times, but he did not have a BOX NOTICE card for them.  :)

...*"27 Dresses" - It doesn't officially come out until January 11, 2008, but I saw it this year.  ;)...
And it gave Jose all sorts of ideas on how to reorganize his closet!

They asked me to be worship leader tomorrow, so I guess someone liked the way I did it last time. DR Kerry will give me a critique after the service.

Molly Bee lost part of her nose to cancer and they used cartilage from her ear to rebuild it.

Do you think that means she sings through her ear now?

Well... All that is left to do is to cook up the ground beef and chicken breasts, and warm up the taco shells (hard and soft).
...
Well, MY mother used to take corn tortillas and fry them up into hard shells herself.  None of this pre-made taco shell nonsense for HER!

(Braggy snarky rights claimed here!)

And she was from upstate New York - she learned how to cook Mexican specialties on her own.
