I'm taking a day off from work next week to tour the Steinway factory in Queens, so perhaps I'll consider THAT my birthday celebration. Especially if they hand out free samples.

TCB is your shoulder better today? I know the pain is often worse following PT & it can take a day or two before improvement is noticeable. Do you take something for the pain before you begin your PT?
