Last night's opening night was very well attended and the audience enjoyed the show.
There were a few NEW bumps and jumbles....but I am pleased for the most part.
And here are our leading man and leading lady.....

The letter approving the hip x-ray just arrived, but I must wait for the actual referral.

That's great! Hopefully, the actual referral will come through very quickly!!
My Kindle rehearse was not wasted. My brother needs to get a new Kindle & asked my opinion on the Paperweight. I told him to get the Oasis. I won't be surprised if he gets the Paperweight considering he doesn't use it very often.
A non-Wednesday kind of question for BK:
What is the keyboard used for? Just curious because I don’t recall seeing one there before.
Also, I didn’t play this over the Big Speakers, but for instance, do I hear a bit of strings padding on “What I Did for Love”?

Umm...Jane? It's a paperwhite, not paperweight. ;)

The keyboard at The Federal was an electric grand - therefore, if keys had to be changed it was the press of a button. Vitello's only has the real piano, so Richard brings his keyboard for that purpose only - no strings in anything, just the piano sound. It makes his life much easier, as he doesn't really transpose well on sight.

I thought I had corrected it. ;D
Oh, no. Eddie Money, ‘Two Tickets to Paradise’ Singer, Dies at 70 (https://www.msn.com/en-us/music/news/eddie-money-two-tickets-to-paradise-singer-dies-at-70/ar-AAHfCJl). I wasn't specifically a fan, but I enjoyed the songs of his that I heard.
"Money recently revealed that he had been diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer."

I tried out a new massage therapist today. She's an acupuncture student at the school where my acupuncturist teaches and she's been doing massage for ten years. She did a good job. It's difficult to book with my regular therapist, Erik, at times, and Katy's close by. Hopefully, her schedule will be more open.

You may have. Some spellcheckers are VERY persistent.

Just before I left to do stuff, I saw that the Indiegogo funds had posted to the bank, so that's done and hopefully the balance will come sooner than later.

Has anyone else seen it?
Has anyone else seen it?
Not I. What's it about?

Not I. What's it about?
When it starts out The main character is a recent widow. She has one grown son who has a really dim girlfriend, the gf's mum is an absolute b*****, her inlaws are old miserable things, her brother in law is involved with a very rich, very pretentious divorcée, and her husband's best friend is secretly in love with her.
The only really nice people are Mum and the man who loves her.
The rest of them are all selfish and unaware nitwits
I can't still can't say I like the show, if I can't stop watching it.
We've also been watching a New Zealand series called 900 words.
This is about a recently widowed newspaper columnist and his 2 teenage children who move from Australia to a remote beach side village in New Zealand

This sounds like "One Day at a Time" except a father instead of a mother.
Do they have a funny maintenance guy named Schneider?

I also liked 900 WORDS--at first. Then the antics of the teenagers got to me.
I tried MUM, but just couldn't get into it. I have little patience these days for people who are stupid, thoughtless, etc. I think the reason I like CALL THE MIDWIFE so much is that these characters are truly struggling, they are doing their very best to cope with really tough circumstances. I can respect that.
The shooter went into the bathrooms where a lot of victims were hiding.
I saw that there's another documentary available through Prime called Lifeline: the Untold Story of Saving the Pulse Survivors (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078GY7FYV/). I added that to my watch list, also.
How do you search for titles on Prime?
I am listening to SONDHEIM: THE SCRABBLE COVER.
