Traffic was horrific tonight. I got off an exit earlier than usual because there was an accident that closed my exit. Then when I got a couple of miles down thst road, there was another accident blocking traffic.

As of today I have reached my Goodreads goal of reading 120 books. I no longer aim for the 150 books I used to read.

I had requested my library purchase the latest Chief Inspector Armand Gamache novel by Louise Penny. It came out yesterday and apparently I was the first person to request this book, and the first person to check it out. The timing was good too as I was just finishing up another novel. I was very excited.

With Joan Is Okay, I will have read 148 books this year. That doesn’t include duplicates.

At that time I had 13 books to read before catching up. I took six months to catch up.

I count duplicates, and Goodreads suggest doing so. After all, you did read the book each time.
