Thank you DR TCB.....NEVER TOO LATE was a LOT of fun to do.....in this particular play, I only have a supporting role, and I only drive one scene.....so mostly it's waiting around backstage in my underpants waiting to go on......but hopefully we will get a good DVD (for educational purposes) recorded one night.

And the word of the day is: ROLLICK!

And The Song Of The Day Is: SKYLARK
It's been an industrious day, after getting back home I varnished one of the wooden floors.I'm tired thinking about that.

Speaking of SKYLARK: The Parody of the Al Pacino MERCHANT OF VENICE,
SHYLOCK to tune of SKYLARK was actually one of the very very few times I actually got a note from someone who was involved with a show (no, not Mr. Pacino himself!) asking if I wouldn't mind making a change in a parody - of course I made the change, because they are the most delightful people. (I didn't really understand why the thing that bothered anyone was a problem, but it was so easy to change, I just lost the views up to that point, but they had no issue at all with all the parody use of the photos I'd used, and were always so nice.)

Ginny, I promise not to root for Michigan today!
Kevin, are you home this weekend?
In case I missed it yesterday, Happy Anniversary, Laura!
Kevin, are you home this weekend?
Yes! I almost went to Hudson, NY to see a certain singer tomorrow, but I thought I'd be working (the Streisand concerts in October aren't cheap!) , so decided not to go. Well, I went to work today and there were computer problems, so I won't be working tomorrow after all.

I don't know if I'd plan to see Guy Haines. I hear he's a no-show a lot of the time.
What's green and sings?

Today is my anniversary. We celebrated by him going to work and me speaking to children who were not in school. I fixed his favorite dinner: Hamburger Helper and he brought me flowers and a watermelon.
No plans, just relaxing.
We watched Butterfield 8 last night. What a potboiler? But I saw that the Library has a copy so I put it on reserve and will read it when it comes in. Apparently, the movie bears only a slight resemblance to the novel.
You know you've been married a really long time when you don't do anything special about it any more.
Ginny, I promise not to root for Michigan today!
Oh... I posted a pic of my "son" on my Facebook Wall/Timeline just in case anyone was curious. ;)

Very nice, John! Congrats!
I would go record it except I haven't a clue, yet, how to work our new remote for our new tv & blueray.
We never got an answer on what's green and sings.
Larry - The Patrick Cassidy - Shirley Jones Music Man came up on castrecl and i recalled our seeing it a few years back.. I hope you don't mind that i reminisced about our Hartford trip over there.
Back from one of the best evenings I've ever had. The show could not have gone better - everyone was stellar, many ovations throughout and I'll be more detailed in the notes, which I'll write shortly.
