So, my cell phone screen cracked and I bought a new screen and was able to install it myself.

BUT, the ear speaker didn't work...everything else was perfect.

I opened it to see if just readjusting it would fix the problem, and when I reassembled it with the new screen, I must have screwed something when I took it apart because the new was completely unuseable!

I had to reinstall the old broken screen and that still worked, even the ear speaker worked again.

So, I reordered ANOTHER new screen that just arrived today.

I installed that and the screen part was perfect again...but the ear speaker didn't work AGAIN!

At least, the speakerphone speaker and the Blutooth headpiece works, but I can't (well, won't) use the speakerphone all the time.

Well, I just checked eBay, and I can buy just the ear speaker for only $3.99+tax (and free shipping) and get it by next Wednesday! I'll try that and then if THAT doesn't work, I'll call a professional.
