Not only that, but fit as a fiddle, and fairly flibbertigibbet!

Curious....

So, let me get this straight - der Brucer and S. Woody did watch the Oscarcast and yet did not come to the partay.  Have I got that straight?  Partay poopers of the highest order.
So, let me get this straight - you expect us to a) watch the Oscarcast, while b) dashing over to the computer to keep up with the partay, while c) the computer isn't even in the same room as the television?

There's multi-tasking, and there's multi-tasking that reduces the fun of both parts that are being multi-tasked.

And no, we are not going to re-configure the house simply so that we can watch television and post at the same time.  Someone might complain about our doing so and not giving spoiler warnings.

(Not you, esteemed BK.  You are never that unseemly.  But someone else might.)

(Besides, Bonnie spent the entire Oscarcast curled up on der Brucer's legs, and he couldn't have moved to get to the computer even if he'd wanted to.  One mustn't disturbe the Princess.)

Yes, and I need to head downstairs to feed said DC.

And to check for phone messages.

Oh, I dunno....I thought my snark factor was a bit off the mark last night.

A different flavor of snark, but definitely hit the mark.

My apartment is starting to look wonderful!  I've got all the vocal scores organized, the floor is ready for tomorrow's vacuuming and mopping - I can't do it today aince I'm stuck here waiting for Fed Ex - and lunch is on the stove.

I'm rather contented at the moment.

Oh! I passed my next milestone and didn't even notice. For BK's benefit I vowed I'd make 100 posts to atone, atone, atone.

I doubt that he even noticed.

I'm glad to hear that, Larry. You've had so much to deal with lately. Maybe contentment can stick around for a while?

A question for DR JRAND:

What the h*** is going on with the planets? Last week was really weird and so far this week is unseemly as well. I feel out of sorts, not myself.  I'm rarely like this. What's going on?

There must be some sort of planetary (or, possibly, space rock) alignment at work here.

Perhaps we should ask DR JOSE or SWW about snark flavors.

Particularly DR Jose who specializes in same.

So...even somewhat ill and after having an all-I-could eat shrimp supper during the Oscars, I was totally "on the mark".

This week, we are supposed to have some rather nice, spring-like weather.

I think it's time I started my morning walking routine again.  Have been out of it for a month or so.

And DR spankmaw, too.

I am but as the moon.

I have no "snark" of my own, but merely reflect its source.

Office dynamics seem to be on a shaky start this  Monday.  One of my co-workers seems to believe the telephone is inadequate as an instrument of amplification and doubles her volume when she talks, thus ensuring EVERYone hears her conversations.

I'm going to close her door next time.  Maybe that will get her attention.
