My pre-therapy meal is just a small container of yogurt which I like to eat at noon with my pain pill.
I zipped through my home exercises. I should have held the counts longer, on the upside I was fast & strong. James, the wonderful therapist, will be holding the counts
very long in just a short while.
I'm a bit nervous about PT today as I reduced my med from 1 pill to half a pill. I have a suspicion the pain level will be the same, only one way to find out.
