I'm going to start the miniseries of Empire Falls. I loved the book, and the cast is certainly great: Ed Harris, Paul Newman, Joanne Woodward, Robin Wright Penn, Helen Hunt, Dennis Farina, Estelle Parsons, Theresa Russell, Kate Burton, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Aidan Quinn, Larry Pine.

Pixar's new movie, Onward, is going to to on-demand viewing for $19.99. Didn't want to see it in the theater, so I doubt I'll pay double to see it at home.

Emma., the movie with the weird period in the title, is also apparently available for on-demand streaming.

I just looked at Sambucol on Amazon - for the past two years when purchasing on Amazon, the boxes were 9.99 each and I bought five at a time. I have four boxes left so was looking to stock up again. Well, only third-party sellers who are now GOUGING - cheapest price is 34 bucks. I'm going to report each and every seller who is doing this.

BK’s complaint about the two overflowing grocery carts is the same one that I have the week before Thanksgiving. All these shoppers with two carts full to the brim. Don’t they cook any other time of the year? How can they possibly need every single thing needed for their big meal? I don’t get it.
