Steak is under the broiler.  Page twelve is obviously under the steak.

I got a nice e-mail from Mr. Brent Barrett - we're going to try and get together sooner than later.  Perhaps on some fine weekend I'll drive up to Vegas and see him in Phantom, since he's offered to get me a seat.

Page twelve got out from under the steak, and none too soon.

Our neighbor took this photo from our road.  By the time I got there the cougar had jumped to a tree farther back and was sound asleep.

I must say that the sunset outside my window is the most spectacular I've seen in years.

Dakota, you make the weather in Pittsburgh sound warm.  How are you doing.  I remember how difficult it always was the first day Keith left on a business trip.  The first day, and Sundays, were always the worst.

Today has been really rough but I have tried to stay busy and warm.... The wind is really cold.

Callie and Boo would wish you a Happy New Year, but they are a little preoccupied

Great photos Cilla, you have a great eye!

Busy and warm is good.  I used to vegetate and binge on junk food, not a good combination.

Thanks Jane and Dakota.  It was a little difficult to get it because there is a screen on the window and it obscures the view in most of the photos I shot

I have been trying to save some key video clips from YouTube on my computer's hard drive.

It seems Actor's Equity has already had some that I had wanted to save removed!

Love that bob-cat!  Well, cougar.  Nightly, we hear the coyotes howl.

It didn't "play nice" with Finale on my computer, so I had to trash it.   :(

That's weird--I have Finale and Encore and nothing strange happened.  Finale and Encore record to MIDI files, anyway, not WAV or MP3s.

DR JMK - Perhaps it was just a coincidence, then.  Computers can be such a caution...   :-\

we have coyotes howling quite often out here

However a few years ago I used to play a wolf howl sound file everytime my  neighbors got overly noisy in their amorous pursuits
