***PACKING & MOVING VIBES***
for DR Kerry.....

That is never fun!!     :(     But glad that you think the outcome will be a good one!       :)

I despise the process of moving. Luckily I haven't had to do it many times (moving, that is).   Your vibes are most welcome and very much needed!!!

You and your ever lovin' and Zach are invite over for dinner and a swim once i get settled in.

Too bad I didn't have it with me this morning at the sewage ponds where I saw the rare (for Arizona) wood stork. Of course, at my age, I wouldn't want to get too close to a stork.

DR Pogue - Yes. All road leads back to Richmond.

Did you and Rick do some actual shows together or just rubbed elbows in the same theatre community?  Did you know Benny Ambush as well?

At any age, I wouldn't want to get too close to a sewage pond.

I can usually keep the HHW vibes-needed list in my head with no trouble and without resorting to keeping notes, but either I'm getting too old or there are simply too many DRs currently in need.          :-\

In any case,

***INDUSTRIAL-STRENGTH VIBES***
TO ALL DRs HAVING NEED OF THEM!!!

I think there are too many. :(

DRs Matt H, elmore, Jennifer, TCB (how are you doing?), Jeanne.....anyone else?

GOOD HEALTH VIBES TO EVERYONE!!!!

Packing, moving & back vibes for DR Kerry!

May you be very happy in your new home.

DS Craig & SDIL Ioana are also packing for their move.  They have to wait to leave until after DGD (dear grand dog) Yogi's vet appoint on Sunday.  They could not get one before then & he is having semi-serious skin problems.

I did not cancel the order. I doubt this camera will last long. It was the lens part retracting that didn't work yesterday. It is probably going to go out for good soon.

Yes, the book for WICKED definitely has problems. Given that, I much prefer the show to the novel from which it was adapted. I found it dark, bleak, and endlessly depressing.

Good day!

It's hot as blazes and yet we still had a torrential rain for about 20 minutes. Then, it cleared away, and the sun came back hotter than ever.

I had a horrendous night. My right hand was so cramped I felt like I had arthritis, and no medication or massaging would ease it. Sleep was nearly impossible, so I struggled through the night until the cramp finally went away. Still had to deal with the other aches and soreness, but at least my hand wasn't cramping.

I was absolutely determined to get my driver's license renewed today. NC did away with express license renewal kiosks (which would take at most 20 minutes). So, there I was at DMV at 8 a.m. this morning. At 11:45, I walked out the door with my temporary license (the state mails the final ones to prevent identity theft).

Need I say it was a wearying, LONG morning. However, since I had to stand during most of it, I had less aching today than I have had for weeks. Walking around and stretching is one way to keep the ache and tightness from overcoming my arm for some reason.

I went out to lunch with friends as usual for a Thursday. It was a nice lunch, and there was a crazy guy who kept eavesdropping on our conversation and adding his own comments or questions. That was too funny.

When I got back in, I watched three more episodes of SONS OF ANARCHY. I have one more left (but it has a commentary so that's like 2 episodes left).

There are six bonus features in addition to the commentary.

I did have time to skim through today's soaps.

On Y&R and ATWT, there was nothing of interest.

OLTL, however, not only had David's continuing shenanigans, but also Kyle, Fish, and Kyle's date to make the episode quite fun.

A film of my life TOD:

Me - Matt Damon (he'd have to dye his hair and plain himself up quite a bit)

my first partner Steven - Will Ferrell

my second partner Frank - Nathan Lane

Scenes from Woody's Birthday dinner:

Focaccia with Oil and Balsamic dip

My First Course
Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Truffle Oil, Pecorino

Woody's First Course:
White Bean and Roasted Garlic Dip, Truffle Oil, Lemon Zest, Crostini

My Second Course
Eggplant Rigatoni, Tomato Ragu, Mozzarella, Fresh Herbs, Virgin Oil

Woody's Second Course
Breaded Veal Piccata, Lemon, Capers, White Balsamic Butter, Linguine, Herbs

Desserts were an undistinguished Tiramisu and a very bland Bread Pudding

Fortunately, Woody was much more impressed than I was.

DR Matt H, I'm glad you have the DMV chore all finished. Every time I've gone to the DMV here, it's been pretty fast.

Looks like a great dinner, DerBrucer. Please tell Woody he is missed.
