Hey everyone, sorry I haven't posted in a while, summer kinda grabbed me and shook me around in a crazy whirlwind of all my friends having thier own delemas that I am always dragged into. Such is teenage life. I hope that everything's going alright for everyone on here, and I just wanted to say hi, and that I miss you all. And I must also thank you guys for convincing my mom to take me to see avenue Q before it closes. I've decided it's not fair to judge a musical before you see it. Now I just have to deal with the moral delema of seeing it on a sunday...

I send you all good day vibes, and may you all find that last little bit of summer crazyness you want to get out of the way before the season ends to be satisfying. Love you all!!!

                                                                                            - The Vixter

Thanks for checking in, DR the vixter!  And there's no need to apologize for being, as we say around these here parts, errant and truant this summer.  You said is best: "Such is teenage life".

Life!

I'm sure you're gonna love Avenue Q. *Although, I'd probably advise kindly asking to switch seats with whomever ends up sitting next to you.  This way you can add a seat or two between you and your mother, and your mother's reach. ;)

Well, tomorrow I have to report for jury duty at 8:30 AM.  It's a civil case, so there's a possibility I could be picked.  Chances are slim, but I've always wanted to be on a jury,  After being a lawyer in about 50 of them, it would be fun to be on the inside

I understand that Strouse used no music from the movie for the new show.

The newer MRI machines take a lot less time than the old ones did.  At least that is something.

DR JMK any idea when you get the results?

DR Matt H-vibes for tomorrow!

Not to be a Debbie Downer, but we just got word that Mum's last remaining uncle, Harold 'Babe' McPherson, passed away this afternoon at age 92.  His wife died only a few weeks ago.
Babe was always the raconteur of the family and also the keeper of all the family secrets.  He will indeed be missed.

Condolences to you and your family.  I hope all his family secrets were scared & recorded.

I am sorry to hear that, td.  Sorry for you and your mother.  I hope your uncle passed on some of the secrets.  If nothing else, I hope you'll continue his traditions and be a grand storyteller for the family.  That's how we learn our histories!

Bruce, I'm glad you enjoyed yesterday's gathering.  Where in Oregon does this person live?  I know there are a good number of Hami graduates living here.  Once graduated with us & I met another, much older graduate a couple of times.

Break a leg and be impressive vibes to DR GEORGE.

I am off to an Act One Run Through.  We will be on the set, in theory, we shall see.  It is nice to only have to be an ACTOR in this show.  I am in charge of nothing but myself, so far.
Thanks, JRand!  And break legs on your run through!

Break a leg to DR George!
Thanks, Jennifer!

Wish me luck. :)

A 10 year old girl & her father where busted for having a lemonade stand in Central Park.  This really is kind of funny as all ended well & the kid got on tv.

DR Elmore - sorry I missed your call, but I'm glad you had a chance to talk to Richard.

Our cell phones seemed to be in different time zones. It was kind of like a time delay situation. It waas good to talk to him. I'm sorry I missed you.

On another note, the McGlinn memorial made Broadway World today:

topic of the day.   I have maybe 20 pictures that I took during high school, that is all.    I made up for it with my kid, I saved everything including buying an extra T-shirt for a lot of events.  All neatly tucked away.

And for S. Woody White, hope you have the day off for your birthday!!

Well, that was the plan. His schedule as first posted was for a five day 37 hour work week (he's part-time and is only supposed to get 35 hours maximum) with today off. Yesterday the boss added a 4hour (1-5) shift for today. Well, at least he was to get off by 5 (we need to be seated in the restaurant by 6 for the three-course specials). At 7:30 AM the store supervisior called and asked him if could please come in earlier - so it's now 9-4 - at least he's off an hour earlier. That puts his part-time work-week up to 44 hours.

der Brucer

The birthday dinner will be at LUPO DI MARE CUCINA ITALIANA. The chef is big on maximizing local ingredients.

Does that mean they serve you salt water?
