I can barely keep my eyes open.  Was trying to watch THX 1138 - not exactly holiday entertainment, so I'll resume it some other time.  I'm not really in the mood to watch anything.  I'm in the mood to PARTAY, so I've got to get both my second and third wind.

I'm working on a video for my step-mother's memorial service so it makes me a bit weepy, but I'm also just tired from nights spent at Dad's, where I get NO sleep. I picked up the bug everyone's been sharing up there so I'm laying low tonight; no partying. I will party here, where no once minds if I cough on them!

On the plus side, Greg' mom came home from the hospital to her nursing home, so that saves several hours a day driving down there. Now it's just trips to the mountains every few days.

About ready to prep the asparagus.  Just going to salt and pepper them and sprinkle with olive oil and put them under the broiler.  The meat is still cooking and the potatoes need to be mashed and the wasabi added.  The DP made the salad dressing but refuses to do much else  LOL

They haven't set the day yet but it will probably be next week. It was supposed to be last Tuesday but the snowstorm made it impossible.

My dad has the same thing, probably got it from my relatives who are usually sick, so I don't think I can make him worse. I took a 90 minute walk today...for the first time in a long time it was warm enough---60! Now I can feel it...boy, I got out of shape fast!

The Jeff Goldblum I saw on IMDB was tall and had thick, dark hair. The guy we saw at Hugo's yesterday had VERY short, gray hair. I wouldn't have recognized him even if I did know who he was. He's still tall, though.
