Yes ---  none other than  MUSSO & FRANK , on Hollywood Blvd., just down the street from the original "Misses Jane's School."

Awwww. I haven't eaten there in 15 years!

There is of course a case for the non existence of Rapunzel.

Richard's limp may indeed may be the significant source of the need of the phallic symbolism of the tower.

Favourite performance in a film with a hump reference. Not Notre Dame nor Young Frankenstein. Maggie's Smith's performace in California Suite.  (Forget the rest of the movie!)

I don't believe I'd touch that with a 10-foot lock of Rapunzel's limp hair.

...UGH!  The CNN coverage of Anna Nicole Smith's death is making me laugh...  They're interviewing all these "witnesses".  -Yes, I was on the same hospital floor.  -Yes, I was in the hotel lobby when they took the body out.  -Yes, my mom was having a baby in the next room when she was declared dead.

UGH!

If something I read once is true, you'd have to reconsider.  Reportedly, there was a scene backstage at the "coming out" event for the monster in "Young Frankenstein."

Igor is dressed up...and there is a noticeable absence of any hump on his back.

The doctor asks him what happened to his hump, and Igor reportedly replied:  "Never with tails."

During the early 1960's, a young girl was tortured and killed in the basement of a house in Indianapolis.

The woman convicted of the crime was released on parole a couple of years ago, in spite of the protests of several persons.

Once again, Greetings from Memphis!

I had a very nice flight in.  There was some traffic on the Triboro Bridge this morning, so I got to La Guardia a little later than I had planned, but I still had plenty of time to check in and go through security.  There was a flight attendant sitting across from me on the bus who was frantically calling her co-workers - "Oh, I'm running late - Could you check me in... " -Of course, when I boarded my plane, guess who greeted me... ;)

There was a bit of turbulence during take-off, but the flight crew warned us about it ahead of time.  However, once we got above the clouds, things smoothed out nicely.

And since the flight was not that full, I also had an empty seat next to me - which is always nice.

Back from my mail place, where I was happy to receive a box of scorpidos from dear reader Laura - and included with the scorpidos was a batch of her yummilicious fudge, which I'm having a piece of right now.

I walked past Musso and Franks several times. It always looked too expensive to actually go into.
