This is one of the anthems that my choir sang in church this morning.

Absolutely lovely!

And from the sublime to the ridiculous!

This was actually performed at my alma mater, Western Washington University, 20 years after I graduated.

I think I'll take a hot shower and go for another page or two.

Since people are putting up inspirational stuff from YouTube:  :)

Jan Horvath did a fun audio of the "Mrs. Bernie Madoff" version of the "Defying Gravity" take-off (called "Crying Poverty") - and we decided to just put it up very quickly while people are still talking about Madoff as one of the top stories of the decade.

Question:  Do you think we should identify that it's about Madoff in the heading, or let people come to it as a WICKED take-off and discover as they watch that it's about Mrs. Madoff?

I finished the prologue and just wrote the word Chapter One.  The introduction and prologue run forty-two pages, but that's manuscript, so it's not really that long.  We'll see what muse Margaret thinks.

Another several hours without the internets.  I don't like this at all.

I smoothed out a few things, and added a little more detail to a few descriptive passages, and will probably do some more of that tomorrow before giving the pages to muse Margaret.
