That would be very red with lots of mirrors....and a lush score by Frank Skinner.  8)

Heaven forbid.  I envision luscious landscapes.  But the Skinner score is dead-on!

I Xeroxed and delivered and got ink (why is printer ink so damnably expensive) and envelopes and must now toddle off to rehearsal, after which, I shall happily return.

I know the answer to this one! They price the printer low so that you will buy it. Then they make up the money on the ink.

And the word of the day is: MOGIGRAPHIA!

And I ain't kiddin'!
If the teens attending a writer's camp were all struck with writer's cramp, that would be a case of mass MOGIGRAPHIA.

Native Americans

Gays and Lesbians
Serbo-Croatian Fisherman
Quaker conscientous objectors
The gay/lesbian story has already been told by Allan Berube (in his book) and Arthur Dong (in the film based on the book), under the title Coming Out Under Fire.

I've got a crazy schedule over the next couple of days.

I get to close the store tonight (11 PM).

Then I get to turn around and report for duty at 8 AM!

I think I'd better get some food down my gullet, and somehow grab a quick dinner between shifts (and some napping).  Der Brucer will just have to manage on his own tonight, but we've already discussed this.

And I've a couple of telephonic communications to make, as well.

*Le sigh.*

DakotaCelt, you missed my bathroom story while you were out of town last week.

We were having a repipe done to replace the 45-year-old galvanized water pipes. When the plumber cut into the bathroom wall, we discovered that the previous bathroom renovator did shoddy work and that the whole bathroom would have to be gutted to fix the other guy's work.

So after all this, I will just get a regular bathroom -- nothing fancy.

Singdaw- Fascinating article.  I can imagine I wouldn’t have time to stay & listen, considering the location.  I cannot imagine I wouldn’t appreciate the music.
