I keep my house at 70 degrees.

And as I wrote here, my electric bill had been nearly $200 for December.  My gas furnace is supposed to take over from the heat pump at 32 degrees.....but it seemed to me it would take an hour or two for the heat pump to raise the temperature even two degrees.

So I put the system on Emergency Heat which means if I want heat, the furnace comes on.

My electric bill for January was $68.00.

That’s strange, I received your $200.00 bill.

I get my electric bill every month.  I always thought that it was weird that some people get theirs every two months.  What's up with that??

I've gone to so many auditions with people who can't read music.

That would be me.

Well, you're in good company...Barbra Streisand can't, and Rosemary Clooney and Luciano Pavarotti couldn't read music.

Fortunately, most vocal solo lines are written in the treble clef, even for lower male voices.  It's the ensemble singing where it's all written in the bass clef at the actual pitches.
