Well, you've read the notes, the notes were lean and spoke of cuisine, and now it is time for you to post until the lean cows come home.

The alarm rang at 6:15 and I refused to rise.  Thatch and Stella were concerned and happy when I pulled myself together at 6:45, washed my face, and fed them.

I remain exhausted and plan on napping around noon.  I don't think I have the energy to take the bathroom apart and give it a thorough cleaning today.

I do need to walk to the corner post box and mail some payments and a ridiculous survey from Northwell Health about my visit to Dr Re for a hip injection last month.

Poor Schumann. If only he'd known to hire a good orchestrator from the get go.

I only watched a bit of Broadway Bares last night - I thought there would be original songs.....somehow.....but it was all video retreads introduced by the folks who did them patting themselves on the back about how wonderful the numbers were.....

Today at 2 p.m. we have a full board meeting at the theatre - with masks and social distancing - to discuss the 2021 season lineup - in case such a thing is possible.

The President has also asked for an Executive Committee meeting afterwards - but I do not know the reason for that.  Time Will Tell.

We did a couple of the symphonies in school, and - I hate to say it, but I must, I must - those were always the most boring times for me. It had nothing to do with my not being involved in the playing of them. I was there to study whatever we were doing, and I just never thrilled to those symphonies. Most things, through study or even just casual familiarization, grew on me then, and that is still the case. These never did.

The guy who's driving him to church called to confirm that he would pick up my dad at 9:00.  He showed up at about 9:00 and off they went.

My dad is supposed to be back by noon, but my sister will show up before then.  I don't know when my mom will be home, but it'll probably be in the early afternoon.

I'll be leaving my parents' house fairly soon, and my sister will come over before my dad gets back.  I just have to figure out how to let their cat in without letting in the gray cat that's not theirs. ::)

Success!  Henry is in the house and the gray cat is still outside.  And now, I need to go home and feed my own cat.

But first...
