Flicks were always my theater candy of choice when I was a kid.

Ask BK:
Did you pick up those East German westerns yet? I am eager to hear your opinion of them.

When I was at that giant record store in Hollywood I noticed a CD of music from those movies. I almost bought it...but I had such a stack of CDs already I just couldn't add anything more.

Why not write your synopsis as an AIP pressbook:

Charms?  That was it, wasn't it?

Or Dum-Dums?

But Charms Blow-Pops could also be it.  -The ones with the bubble gum inside.

I didn't do Ju-Ju Bees or the other popular gummy (Juicy something - why can't I remember anything this morning) because they stuck in my teeth and that skeeved me.

And I once had a youthful molar yanked out in one >:(

Charms Lollipops!  Now they are also the makers of Blow-Pops.

The suckers I remember at the movies had a rope loop in them instead of stick....but I don't think they are Charms.

Hey - I also want to take fireflies to the movies.....NEVER even heard of that....how great!!

OK... I need to get up and out and do something today.  Which probably means I'll just walk around the city for a bit.  :)

We had ten folks here, and two left without posting (I will not name names) and the others are just sitting there like so much fish.

I'm at work and can only pop in when I have a moment...and something to say. ::)

Thanks, DR derBRUCER, yes Saf-T Pops were what I was thinking about.  Even though the holders weren't to be eaten - they could be eaten.  Good source of fiber.

I must get this synopsis done - but I am NOT in the mood - and I MUST jog, and I MUST package things up and I MUST get them shipped out.

Kimmel, I want the damned CD!

BACHELOR IN PARADISE is on.....great Chrysler Product Cars and '60's California subdivision.

Don't think it exists anymore....none of the streets are listed in California in MapQuest.

JuJy Fruits, that's it!  And yes, Charm Suckers - would last for an hour.  I ate Flicks occasionally, too.

Everything's packaged to go, and I'll ship now - then if I have time when I get back, I'll jog.  If not, not.

Edisaurus, the box o' tapes is going out today Fed Ex - either second or third day, depending on cost - I'll let you know which.

elmore, I have to import the CDR into iTunes and then burn you a copy, so it probably won't go out until tomorrow.  And you'll have to understand that the levels between tracks haven't been smoothed out yet (some louder than others, some softer, etc - that will all get done in mastering, as well as the final layer of sound EQ, as always).

Jrand:  Mine was 91.  It didn't matter what year you were born.  If you were 18 and over, it was based on your birth date...to the best of my recollection

All my friends in college had numbers in the 300s.

And I was #91.

I joined the Navy two days after I was graduated from college...to avoid the Army getting its hands on me.
