For stress and being physically tired, and well, stressed out, I retreat for at least a day or so to restore my batteries.For worry, I found a little trick that actually works for me. A friend told me about it and made me do it once, and I found it worked for me. I make a list of all the things I'm worried about and want to worry about. I don't actually do any worrying-- I just add the item to the list. I then set aside some time (30 minutes or an hour depending on how many things there are), and I worry about them. I have the copmplete luxury to totally worry for that time. When the Bell rings, and the time is up, I put the list aside and quit worrying. It sounds silly, but it works. And it frees me up the rest of the time to not worry (especially about all those needless things that you find you relly don't have to worry about anyway). I rarely have to do this anymore because there aren't that many things that actually make it to the list these days.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, as I have not caught up, but they are installing a 24 hour ATM CUPCAKE machine on the Upper West Side.
