Wow, Roger Befeler is certainly a hottie.
BK, break a leg for the film music thing.
Have a nice day off, George.

Exhausted. This Labor Day shall be a day of rest for the likes of Yrs Truly.
It was a fantastic show last night, as always. The "What If" was hilarious, and Jason was hilarious as well. Bruce's voice sounded particularly beautiful on "Truly Married". I don't think there were any lyric fermers at all. About midway through the show, Bruce said something like, "here's a song you will have never heard before..." (referring to "Opportunity") and I thought, "I've never heard ANY of these songs before!" But that's typical of a Kritzerland show and something I've come to really appreciate over the years...so many wonderful songs I would have never ever gotten to hear if it wasn't for these shows.
Decided to watch something a little longer today, so I picked One-Eyed Jacks. I knew the lush and wonderful Friedhoff score from the Kritzerland CD, but this is one strange western.
After a nap, I return to One-Eyed Jacks. (Funny, but there's a bit in Great Expectations, last night's movie, about Pip feeling embarrassed because he called the card Jacks instead of Knaves.)
When Randy tells me he's ready to go, I'm taking him to breakfast. Jo is up to her butt weeding and clearing out her flower gardens in the back yard. She hopes she'll get a call about the new job tomorrow.
Monday morning greetings! It's a quiet holiday for us, but I have a lot of desk work to do. The upstairs Palmers are celebrating their 6th wedding anniversary today.

Resting up since tomorrow is my second chemo infusion session.
Happy Anniversary to Mr. & Mrs. Rob.
Happy Anniversary to Rob and Mary Linda!!!
DR Ginny, I can't believe that Rob and Mary Linda have been married six years!
Happy Anniversary to them!
We are sitting in the park looking at the beautiful orange sun. Keith is trying to find out where the ash floating around us is coming from ::(
DR JEANNE last time, the nurse offered me a little basket that included some breath mints....not sure what she was trying to tell me....maybe I will ask for a sucker.....

I saw it, too. I was thinking that I wish I had my eclipse glasses with me just to see it directly. They're at work.

I once saw a bumper sticker: "NEVER refuse a breath mint."
And I never have...even when I don't think I need it.
;)
Topic of the day (in no particular order): hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts (especially in chocolate chip cookies ;D ), pecans, peanuts, sunflower seeds, but mostly cashews!
