Thanks for the suggestion DR DerBrucer.  The frames look right & feel right.  I guess I’ll have to find the time to stop & have them checked.

Samsung had a new firmware upgrade (released just last Friday) but it alas did not address the AR problem.  I "chatted" with a snippy little tech rep about the problem who said he'd report it, after informing me he was well aware of aspect ratios.  I had never said he wasn't aware, I was simply describing the problem.

I am working this afternoon so that my sister can take her son to the airport for a 4 p.m. flight.

Danny is visiting my sister Molly in Seattle for one week.

I never have this problem with Mrs. Ferguson.

Did Molly go to the Frances Farmer day stuff?  If so, report please.

YEAH!  The Apple Store just called, and my MacBook is ready for pick up!  Not a bad turn around time at all!  Thank You, Apple!

DR Jane - Have you "opened" your frames and then set them down on a table, flat surface?  If they don't sit flat on the table, well...

Well, I was planning on getting my hair cut this afternoon, and since I can now stop by the Apple Store to pick up my MacBook, I might as take care of both errands in one fell swoop.  -Well, at least one subway ride with a couple of transfers. ;)

I sat flat on a table, once...and got "goosed" by my doctor, to boot...       :-\

Usually, I at least get a drink, first.

DR Jose, yup they are flat.  I'm wiggling them around on my face now to see if that helps.  My guess is they looks like I put them back in correctly & they are a smidgen off.  I'm very, very sensitive.  I don't want to stop in where I purchased the frame, which is conveniently located, as I have switched eye doctors.  The new eye doctor is inconveniently located on the other side of town.

DR JMK I was surprised to learn Ashland schools are not only closed for the Federal holiday on the 11th, but also on Monday.  My neighbor is pleased she can sleep in for two days :)

Is it mere coinkydink that it was check number 3*666* paying this year's property taxes of $4,41*6.66*?   I think not.

I distinctly remember that when I wrote out my last check #666 it went to Comcast.

It is not raining this morning, which means that I ought to go and rake those leaves that have been piling up (Freddy gets lost in them).

However, I wonder if I take a nap, perhaps it will be raining by the time I awaken.

I like all eggs. My favorite is over medium sitting next to hash browns and then breaking the yolk so that it runs together.

I got my flu shot today.

And they had a lady talk to everyone before they went in.

She made VERY sure to remind everyone to wait 15 minutes after the shot.

She gave me a brochure. And at the bottom it explained why they make us wait.

Apparently if you are going to go into shock from the shot it would happen within the first 15 minutes.

So far no reaction although my left arm is sore.

The list of side effects was sort of scary though.

I really loved last night's episode. I also do not find nick or starr mean at all. They seem like very nice people. Although they are very competitive and perhaps a bit sneaky. They are not obligated to help others. The divorcees i agree always came across as mean. I never liked them. And i was praying they would go last night. They had started to do better. But again last night they were just awful. Mistake every mistake. Telling their taxi to leave. Pulling down those clues and running back for each one. Not looking for the little numbers on the wire. OMG that was a lot for one episode!
I am surprised at mother/son. I did not think they would last this long. Frats lucked out with tina's help. Boy did she look like a witch with that green hair. I was glad they were able to stay. They are annoying at times. But very competively strong.
