If I knew how, I would buy the rights to the Voices of Walter Schumann material and release a CD set myself!

A Cd of the songs of Marjorie Chandler aka Dorothy Collins aka Mrs Raymond Scott is long overdue. My 45's of Baciare Baciare and Banjo Boy are as far from good condition as I am.

Waiting for DRELMORE to peruse the index of the Henry Willson book to see if YOU KNOW WHO got a mention, since she was at U-I when Rock started there.

DR Sandra just read me a section of her book:
"'Oh, my angel-girl! my angel-girl! your patient heroism puts me to the blush, for my heart is crushed in my bosom and my firmness quite gone!' said Traverse, in a broken voice."

She is laughing rather hysterically.

Aha, that Dorothy Collins! I should have known! Well, they make a lovely couple.

Yes, I found several Raymond Scott CDs that I will be buying.

I image once you get going JRand55, there will be a shopping frenzy like never before! LOL!

Just watched the final scenes of "Oh What a Lovely War". I am always moved by those images.

I am so zoned I just hope I can get through writing the notes with a semblance of coherence or, at the very least, a coherence of semblance.
