The movie had some fictional elements, of course (there's a gay couple who are not based on anyone real), but the woman in England who assisted her was real...actually IS real. She's still alive.

It's not the kind of movie that needs to be seen in the theater (not really any special effects), but I recommend seeing it.

I remember when the first Hobbit movie was filmed at 48 fps and it was kibd of weird looking. I can't imagine 120 fps...and 3D!
