Hmm...when I called the Watergate Hotel, the first thing I heard over the phone was "This conversation may be recorded to assure quality control."
  LOL!!!;D

Hello all... long time since I've read posts around these parts, but since the school year is winding down, I may be able to get some more HHW time in.  I doubt I'll ever be able to catch up.  It's nice to be back. (that was very Norma Desmond-y)

Our pup is now almost 16 weeks old, and he is precious.  I'll post a picture of him soon.  Otto is quite the gentleman, but loves to play.  Everyone loves Otto.

No question for BK, I've been reading the notes daily so I know what's been going on.  Nothing like the end of the school year.

No, I believe DRMBARNUM is the owner of the Rodzinski Criterion Collection....

DRMATTH - I preordered Ms Day's Third Season, along with her Special....that was recentlly seen on some PBS stations.

DRJMK as long as you're making DVD's now, you might as well send some to your friends. :)

I guess no NY HHW'ers went to see AMONG THE LIVING on Monday night....oh well.

Great pics from DR TPUNK and DR RODZINSKI.

DRMARIA....I think MBARNUM may be onto something with the toothache diagnosis for the Wonderdog.

They may record your conversation at the Watergate, but 18 minutes of it will be missing.

I am intrigued by Ring of Fire....as noted in the notes.

My question for ASK BK DAY......what is your favorite Circus Theme Movie?  What do you think is the BEST circus movie?  And what you think is the worst?

hi DRMATTHEW...yes we must have pics of Otto.

DRG*NNY - I meant to ask you, do you think the sale of Paramount's King's Island will mean no more Klingons in the park?

Question for BK:
Have you ever known of a Broadway show where a cast album was recorded but never released?

Sure, The Capeman

I believe they recorded SMILE and never released it.

Smile was never recorded to be released.  It was recorded only as a tool for the stock and amateur rights - it's not the entire original cast, and it's all played on synthesizers.

I think Ring of Fear is about the worst.  I'm fond of Circus of Horrors and Trapeze.

I didn't say Ring of Fire in the notes, did I?  Ring of Fire is something wholly else, and something which deserved the miserable fate it had.

Just read that Lestat is closing this Saturday! It closed a lot quicker than I thought it would. At least the producers decided not to throw good money after  bad.

Sorry to hear that DR  Jose is out of a job.

I also guess Jack Noseworthy who was dismissed in San Francisco was the lucky one.

Were does the Greatest Show On Earth & Circus World with John Wayne fall into your list?

My LP "Polish Wedding Memories" by the Kryger Brothers arrived!!!  An eBay find.  A recording that my mom grew up with (even though we're Italian!) and shared with me.  My copy is all scratched and I found it on eBay.  Gotta love it!

Which RING OF FIRE deserves it's fate?? I love the 1961 David Janssen/Joyce Taylor film with that title!

Maria, things that come to mind regarding Abie:
    1.   He has a bad batch of food
    2.   He is bored with his food & wants something new
    3.   He is sick

TPunk I don’t think you are being oversensitive.  Is it possible said person has gotten too used to being the center of attention at home?  How old is she?

Congrats on getting most of your ebay finds, RP!

Many thanks, Tom...and also to others who expressed similar sentiments.

It IS fun...but nothing beats actually "receiving" the items after the auction ends!

Hi Matthew, it is nice to see you.  I’m looking forward to the photo of Otto.

Do you know that DR Jed and DR Ann are engaged?  Soon one of them should be posting with an update on DR TCB who is in the hospital recovering from hip surgery.

My goodness Ron Pulliam, you must have spent a lot of time in Tarnation! We have discussed Rodzinski's movies on this here sight many, many, many times!

I guess I don't always catch up as well as I ought/might/should!!!

Quote
He starred in RAGE OF THE WEREWOLF (opposite Mr. Joe Zaso)(1999) and BEYOND THE LOST WORLD (2001) and GREY SKIES (2002). He had smaller roles in BLOOD OF THE WEREWOLF (2001) and ADDICTED TO MURDER 2, among others.

I guess I've been in Tarnation a lot more often than I'd like to admit.

All I know is that Rodzinski is quite a trooper.  And that we are looking forward to a quiet weekend alone!

Does he wear that "Golf Wars" hat around your apartment?

Good evening, fellow Dear Readers. Today I shopped for a new cooktop and wall oven. I am tired of being shocked when I cook.
