I hate it when hotlinking is not allowed.

Thank you MichaelS, for making the pictures appear.

I had 4th of July dinner with a bunch of people I didn't know on the roof garden, atop the 8th floor of my apartment building. The food was tasty, but I didn't know hardly anyone.

I suspect a few residents invited several family members and friends for the free eats.

There is a storm heading our way. I hope it gets here.

Afterwards I came back down to my apartment and finished watching DAIMAJIN (1966; aka Majin, Monster of Terror).

JRand, have you seen this film? I think you would enjoy it...mainly a samurai story, until the monster strikes at the end.

I need to get the sequels now!

I gotta tell you - it's a bit warm in the home environment, but I really hate having the air on.  I may go sit outside for fifteen minutes while I cool off the house.

Party at my sister's was fun.  DD Ben was such a good boy.  The food was amazing, the company was fun and we all had a great time.  I even got some work done later in the evening.

I returned to Foster City to see the city in full 4th of July mode.  It's one of the cities in the bay area that does a fireworks show each year.  So, I gave DD Ben his dinner and headed downstairs and watched the show from the comfort of the grass near the pool  It's a little less than a mile away from the actual show, so it was a good view.  Saw some people that I actually know that live in my complex, so that was fun.  Next year, I'm going to provide a coffee stand and a soundtrack to the show that we can listen to.   :)

  • A person should celebrate what passes by.

And what style would this be? Out of?

Pure 1970s...inspired by the original Charlie's Angels. :D

Voldemort is basically a middle school girl: he has a locket, a diary, a tiara, a ring, and is completely obsessed with a teenage boy.

When I post the new notes, I'm then going to put seven Nudie Musical cover options up for comment.  What appeals, what doesn't.  Some have quotes, some don't.  The color is slightly different between versions of the same cover and things can be moved around (in terms of quotes and cast names) - I actually like them all, but am leaning towards one in particular, albeit with quotes in different colors.
