I suppose I could take a break, but maybe I'll just go do it - I have to be at my designer's at noon, though, so if I'm going now is the time to go.

I just finished typing up the Act one corrrections for THE MOST HAPPY FELLA. I need to run out, post the invoice, take my walk, hit the grocery, stop at Staples for printer ink and come back to BABES IN TOYLAND fixes. Posting the invoice is my favorite part of every job.

And since I got the OK from the tax office to take a quick trip to visit my parents (with my brother and sister-in-law) in Florida Wednesday the 18th through Friday the 20th, I kind of agreed with the office that I'd give more time until Tuesday the 17th to minimize any problems while I'm gone.

At this time of year it is very nice you get to take the time off.  Have fun.

Has anyone ever written an autobiography based on their dreams? I think Larry could--and it'd be fascinating. MY LIFE IN DREAMS or something like that.

I could write a whopper of a dream autobiography except I don't want anyone reading my dreams.

I am treating myself to a nice India lunch this afternoon and upon my return I will continue with my cleaning...yesterday the bedroom...today the living room closet which needs major purging and rearranging.

But  before I go, I leave you with what is certainly not the most subtle Bollywood movie poster I have ever seen.

Good Afternoon!

When I got back to the apartment last night, I noticed that the bed frame seemed a bit "off".  It looked like it wasn't set up properly.  Since it was already late, and I was already tired, I decided just to take care of whatever needed taking care of in the morning.  So, after I got up this morning, I took one more look at the bed frame.

I removed - well, pushed - the mattress off, and then the box spring.  It turned out that the bed frame was set up properly, however, it wasn't square.  Consequently, the box spring wasn't sitting properly, flat in the bed frame, which, of course, meant that the mattress was also a bit askew.  After making the proper adjustments, I put everything back in its place, and... Voilá! A "new bed"!

I've been sleeping rather well the past couple of nights, and I'm hoping that "fixing" the bed doesn't cause me to sleep "not well" now.  ;)

bk - How often do you have your computer set up to check for and notify you of new updates?  Normally, that's a once a week function, but you can set it up to check and notify you more often if you'd like.  -In other words, don't "blame" the computer. ;)

Good morning all.  It is currently snowing outside my window, and everything is covered in white.  It is also March, last time I checked.  Hmmm.

Well, just remember, Winter doesn't technically end until next week.  ;)

I have been somewhat E&T as I have spent a wonderful day and a half with celtic superstar John Doan, who was up here performing as part of the concert series I'm hosting.  An incredible musician (harp guitar--a lovely, little known instrument) and a super nice guy, to boot.

Sunday afternoon greetings!  Richard and I were on the road to Lima shortly after 7am and arrived at the church a little over 2 hours later.  He presided over morning prayer and then we enjoyed coffee & cake with the attendees.  We are now home and ready for naps.

In other news...

I stopped into Cupcake earlier this afternoon for some, well, cupcakes. Red Velvet and Chocolate/Strawberry to be exact.  Good cupcakes, and most definitely meant for the Frosting Lovers of the world.

*I'm still trying to figure out why the "cu" in their logo is pink, while the "pcake" is brown. ???

I also completed my shopping mission today too, and bought a new pair of jeans at Banana Republic.  Alas, they ended up costing more than $5.00, but still less than $10.00 after the Friends & Family discount and the gift card. -However, if I had bought them in NYC with the discount and gift card, then they would have come in just under $5.00 since there's no tax on clothing in NYC.  I almost thought the cashier had added some sort of surcharge to my purchase for using the gift card, but then when I looked at the receipt... Nevermind...

So... I just checked my rehearsal schedule for the rest of this week... Due to the performance schedule of the RAs, I'm off Thursday and Friday.  And since there's a "Turner to Cézanne" exhibit currently running at the Columbia Museum of Art... Hmm...  Although, there's still plenty of places I'd like to check out here in Charleston too.

After reviewing the BD of QUO VADIS (distinctly better than the SD-DVD, I'm happy to say, but still not perfect), I got to wondering if the "secret" FSM release might be that.

Can someone tell me how to do this "group" thing on Facebook - I want to send a message to all my friends and I don't know how to group them.

Do you want to send something to ALL of your FB friends or just some of them?

The easy way is just to "Inbox -> Compose New Message" - and then just start typing and/or selecting people's names.

Now, if you want to group people, then:
"Friends -> Make a New List (along the left hand side) -> then start typing and/or selecting which FB friends you wish to group together."

-You could also write and post a new "Note", and then all of your friends will receive a notification that you've posted a new note. -That is if they've elected and selected to receive such notifications.

Now... If you want to FORM a Group, well, that's a totally different thing.  Just type in "Group" in the "Search/Help" box and click-through to the instructions you desire.  *I think a "Kritzerland" Fan Page would probably be a good thing to set up sometime.

DR Sam - The Bitch-Slap-O-Matic is my own personal pet name for bk's "Bitch-Slapping Machine".  If you have to ask, well... It's usually better not to ask, and/or continue not to know.  ;)

It is SO chilly here. I've felt a chill IN MY BONES all afternoon. I guess I could have turned the heat up, but I suppose I will later today. I won't be here tonight, so I hate "wasting" heat if I'm not going to be here to enjoy it.

The "warmth" finally returned to Charleston today.  -Although, I did have to turn on the heat briefly last night just to take the chill out of the air.  Now if the clouds would clear...
