Good Evening!

...I bought two little yoga balls to help me with my stretching routine - my right hip has been locking up again (that IT-Band thingy).  I did my second round of "gravity-aided stretching", and.. WOW!!!  What I'm most amazed at is the amount of tension and tightness in my shoulders and upper arms.  I mean, I've always held some tension there, but after doing some relaxation exercises and realizing that I was having difficulty just letting my arms lie flat on the ground...  Whew!

-And my right hip is feeling a lot better already too.

DR Jose has always been right hip in my book.

Perhaps a daily walk around the reservoir would relieve the tension.

Well, it has been a while.  And, actually, it's been a while since I've had Monkey Cake - I've only been supplying/Enabling lately rather than partaking.

As for tonight's "Ugly Betty" - NO SPOILER REALLY NECESSARY

Awwww.  There were some truly wonderful, gentle, touching moments tonight.

As for tonight's "Grey's Anatomy"...

Is there any word if Ben Vereen will be on again this season?  Just wondrin'.  Just seems there's a bit more "character" to be mined.
