Slept eight hours. Could have used at least 10, so I have a feeling naps are on the agenda for the afternoon. As it looks like it might rain, that's not a bad thing.

Saturday morning greetings!  Breezy and cool here in SW Ohio today.  I may go to some garage sales and then to Starbucks - pretty exciting, huh?

DR MattH I don't watch FLASHPOINT. But i have seen season 2 on here for what seems like forever. So i just glanced at the ctv.ca website (the canadian channel where it is aired).

It shows that there are 22 episodes for Season 2. So why does the dvd only have 9 episodes?

I also enjoyed MEDIUM a lot last night.  IT was interesting seeing Alison not be the focus of the show.

I am sooo happy things went well for the "Brain"!   I loved the photos and the reports but I just wish I could have been there.

Thank you, DR JohnG for the Birthday Wishes and thank you, DR Jennifer for the belated Happy Birthday.  I still feel like a newbie 52 year old. :)

Oh...

DR td - The other day, DR Jane had mentioned something about checking to see if you Facebook(?) account had been hacked. Well, did you check your Yahoo! account too? -If you have a Yahoo! account that is.  I checked my spam folder and I had three spam email from your Yahoo! account - well, at least someone listed at "td". So...  *I also received some similar spam emails from another friend of mine - and his account had been hacked.

That was DR JMK who had pointed out that my facebook may have been hacked; I checked and it hadn't been.

On the other hand, Janet Fanale had emailed me privately earlier in the day to tell me about the Yahoo mishap.

I promptly changed my password on Yahoo, and for good measure went and changed the password on Facebook as well.

Those were the only episodes CBS broadcast here in the States, and since CBS/Paramount is releasing the DVD set, enough said.

Good morning!

The cooler temperatures we were expecting didn't show up. It was fairly tepid out on my walk this morning (and I started it about 6:45 at that). Thankfully there was a delicious breeze throughout the first third of the walk. Of course, that's the easy part. I could have used it during the final third which is almost all uphill.

Since I was running ahead of schedule, I put in TOY STORY 2 on Blu-ray and began rewatching it. I had been wanting to do this for ages, but with a little break today from reviewing, I thought it'd be a fun way to start this morning. It was. I really do love this movie.

I am looking forward to the cookout late this afternoon. It'll be nice to get out of the house for an extended period and talk to some folks I don't often see except at parties. It's going to be a small gathering (my favorite kind), so it'll be fun conversing and eating (can't forget about that!).

I still have a bunch of things on the DVR to watch. I'll likely watch SUPERNATURAL as I have a light snack. Might not get to FLASHFORWARD until Sunday night.

Serious question - What suddenly made Betty White so very "hot" all of a sudden?

Only good thing about not grabbing that ticket to Seattle - I'd have had to be in the photos if I had  :)  :)

Here at the Sea-Tac airport.  I got about four hours of sleep so I'm hoping that tomorrow I can catch up for I am quite tired right now.  Happily, airport wi-fi, unlike the hotel, is working perfectly.
