Every reviewer who saw the original Barefoot or saw the movie with Mildred Natwick mentions that she was perfect in the role. Her comic timing was impeccable and she got laughs that eluded Miss Clayburgh. I will look for the movie and watch it again. I haven't seen it for years.

Good Morning! Good Afternoon!

Greetings from Lestat rehearsal... I wish. Ah, well...

On the flip side, when I finally got out of bed this morning, I was actually feeling quite well and healthy. Even my sinuses and throat feel fine. Sleep and rest are good things.

But I do plan on dropping by rehearsal around 3:00, after the lunch break, and then heading with some of the cast and crew for dinner. -They mentioned something about all-you-can-eat-ribs, or something like that.

A friend of mine mentioned hearing something about the concert last week, but I had a difficult time finding any information about it. It wasn't even listed on the performance calendar for Lincoln Center. But after some further sleuthing... -Oh, it's a benefit! Oh!! The cheap tickets are $1,250!!!

During 1997 just before the Great RR flood, we had an ice storm that knocked out power for a number of days and people put their stuff out side since it was cold enough...
