Were you sick or scared?  I was holding a bag in front of my face, not fun, but worth it because of the unexpected landing.

Sick, but I was with a bunch of travel agents who I had barely met.  I was determined I wouldn't throw up in front of these stangers (who I was going to be spending four days with).  When we got back from the ride, it turned out that everyone felt as sick as I did, but no one was willing to be the first one to throw up.

;D  My family was very embarrassed, and there were a few other people we didn't know with us.  When I pulled my headset off to heave into the bag I felt better.  I don't plan to take anymore helicopter rides either & my family definitely never wants to go with me on one.

Love the pictures, Jane!

Loved the helicopter stories, Jane and TCB!  I would love to go on one...someday...even after reading about your experiences. :D

I know that it's only temporary, but at the moment my (Spencer) TRACY play is ranked #3 in Amazon's Kindle Store under Arts & Entertainment/Theater/Playwriting.

Time for me to leave, too.  I'm heading home.

Until later.

We just finished watching TAKE SHELTER.

It's a good movie, but it could have been much better if it was 20 minutes shorter.

Michael Shannon is fantastic.  He should have received an Oscar nomination.

Back from the coast where I contributed rather mightily to the economy.

I splurged and got a fabulous piece by artist Suzanne Donazetti.

Someone on the CastRecL mailing list posted THIS YouTube clip of someone named Mari Lyn singing "Summertime."  I think she gives Wing a run for her money!
