I did find some interesting CDs, all of which are out of print, several from the Bay Cities days.  So, if anyone here needs the cast album to Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up just drop me a line - I found about ten copies, I think.  I also found Daniel Licht's excellent score to Children Of The Corn II - a few copies - the latter two are Bay Cities titles.  Also, a wonderful Alex North themes album (conducted by North) - great stuff - only two copies, I think.   Then a Korngold/Rozsa chamber CD of classical works.

I seem to recall that our friend Maureen will be on Law and Order tonight (I think it's not a lot of screen time, from what i remember her saying) but she'll be on both in the segment before the credits, then again later in the hour.

it's the regular law and Order, not SVU.

I believe this is the episode they filmed at thechurch across from my apartment two months ago. The shooting lasted several days.

DR Danise vibes re: your health. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`

Re: the dog that is so interesting that both the kid and the father wanted to give you the dog. Why don't they keep the dog indoors if it keeps escaping.

Here dogs don't just roam. If people don't have a secure fence in the backyard then the dog is not allowed out alone.  The dog next door does spend time outside alone but on a long leash.

I think that there must be something if the dog keeps coming back to you. And if the  family can't take care of him ... well it's a tough call.

I'm very tired; I hope I can stay up to see Maureen in LAW & ORDER!

I'm down to the last number in Act One on the BIT edits.

I had 2 minor accidents while trying to cook tonight.

I seem to always have problems with my grater. I've often in the past lightly touched my fingers with the graters. But today the grater touched my fingernail. Luckily my nails were quite long so it took off a big chunk but i can still see the white of my nail.

Then some hot oil spattered and hit my eyebrow. The oil was only on mediu. I am lucky it did not hit my eye. But it still hurt!

I made something new i'd never made before. It was called Olive Garden Chicken Parmesean and bowties.

The boneless chicken breast was dipped in milk and then in a mixture of bread crumbs/flour/parmesean cheese.  Then it was grilled. It was so delicious!

I have returned from the land of Amahl.  And it it a good thing I know my part so well.  If I were relying on the tenor king for my cues, I'd be in BIG trouble!!!

That sounds delish, Jennifer.

I'm glad you survived your cooking adventures. That kinda sounds like me -- like the other day when I was draining the pasta and poured the hot water on my hand ....

DiT was visiting Gord's family at New Year.  I don't know if they are back in Toronto as yet.

What tragic and sad news.

DR JMK - on a different note....I am glad you purchased to jewelry that once adorned the ears of Ms. Farmer.....my guess after looking at the picture on EBAY that they are indeed emeralds and diamonds in silver....  Maybe a gift from Al for the wedding....no wait...I think Edith said he gave her some pearls....  The jewelry you have may be a holdover from her Hollywood days.

Wonder whatever became of the diamond necklace that Bing Crosby gave her?

Well the oil splashing was a fluke. But i don't know why i always have trouble with the grater.  I guess i don't do it properly. Cause i often have problems with it (although much less than i used to since i try to be extra careful now).

During Christmas I got the tip of my little pinky with the grater.  It was long but not too deep.  It is very difficult to keep butterfly band aides on the tip of a finger. ;D

Interesting question, I wonder if the dog does damage when left unsupervised in the house.

DR Druxy, glad all is well with the new house.

I had intended to comment on the good news.

DR Druxy, where did you want the air conditioner & where will it now be, with the fence around it?
