The rest of the tribe/pack just made a great deal of noise.  A nice young fellow was walking his black lab on the street, and all of ours insisted on howling hello.  I went out, and learned that he/they is/are looking for the lab's young partner/buddy, a smaller black lab who went missing last night.

Hope they find that pup soon!

I don't think that anything particular caused DR Tomovoz's recent E&T-ness.  I think it's just a general malaise, intensified by losing DD Fosca.

DR JRand57, The New York Times has a searchable online archive going back that far, but I think they charge for access.  Perhaps one of our librarian DRs can help?
