He rented a small plane at the airport and flew. I won't go up in small planes, so I began walking. After he landed he picked me up nine miles from the airport.

Simple.

MBarnum, I was having a senior moment and couldn't remember WHO found him - so I took the easy way out.  You did what no one else could do for the last three years, so, yes, thank YOU.

DR GEORGE sorry your production was canceled, perhaps under the circumstances, it was best.

Thanks...but I think it was for the best, too. ;)

I've had a Concrete at Shake Shack but never anything else. The line has always been so long I don't want to wait but the B line is a good option if you want to be bad and get one of those amazing Concretes.

Welcome 0 GUESTS.  Very weird and unusual - and I think that's why our views are so down - half of what they normally are.

Shortly I will shower and then be on my way to a two-hour work session.  My throat is still raw, not quite as scratchy.  I am fasting until six, at which point I shall eat something interesting.  I'll pick up some Ricolas on my way to the work session.

No one, not even a JEW, answered my question if today was fasting today, or tomorrow?

If I knew, I'd tell you! I'm a lapsed Protestant, so what do I know?

BK, I am very happy that your literary agent's response to the Kritzer books was so positive, as well it should be.

And I was delighted to be able to help you locate him (although if you prefer to continue to credit "this here website" for the searching that I did, well...OK).

Oooooooh, Mikey!

Today my DH dropped me off at the airport and I began walking. By the time he came to pick me up, I had walked nine miles.

DR Laura, there's less here than meets the eye!

It all makes sense now. I thought maybe you'd nagged him so much in the car that he drove you to the airport and dropped you off and you had to walk home. Speculations are endless.

That would be the obvious thing.

But was he flying to something or away from it?

We had some slight drizzle while I was at lunch, but we've had no heavy rain today. I guess that's all we can expect for the moment (though it's still very overcast and I guess it COULD start up again at any moment.)

I spent most of the afternoon on LIL' BUSH. I got five episodes watched plus all the bonus features on disc 1. There are five more episodes on disc two and one bonus feature left. I should be able to get these done tonight before UGLY BETTY.

I watched today's AS THE WORLD TURNS. Nothing and nothing. Of course, when Luke and Noah WERE on the other day, there was NEXT TO NOTHING, but at least they were visible. Seems like their participation has been reduced to once a week.

I checked On Demand to see if Sunday's episode of MAD MEN would come up for viewing. It did, so I watched the first 10 minutes of it. Don't know if I'll be able to get back to it tonight or wait until tomorrow.

No DR DtM - no menu or no nuttin.

The service dept is sending me a BIG BOX.   I am supposed to send the TV to them.  It will have a postpaid label on it UPS or FED EX....so we shall see.....  I did buy the two year warranty, so it should all be covered.

ANYWAY....I purchased a small 20" television set to watch in the meantime, but I have to take it back and exchange it because the bottom half of the screen is all purple.

Damned Mercury retrograde.

I would suggest going tv-free for a while, JRand, but I figure you all would throw me to the crawdads.
