I got some of those new energy efficient bulbs for my kitchen ceiling fan/light.  They flicker.  Really annoying.

If I keep that and install it, then I can stop thinking about the flickering

I'm sorta here, but I'm tired. We walked all day looking for butterflies.

Saturday afternoon greetings!  We are back after a most entertaining day.  First we went to the antique appraisal that was a fundraiser for the Middletown Historical Society.  The guy was quite informative, but needed to brush up on his Middletown history a bit.  We left there right after the lunch break to head to Oxford for the matinee performance of

Grand Night 2011:  The Great American Songbook

Throughout the show, I kept envisioning "Grand Night 2012:  The Orchestrations of Alumnus Larry Moore."

I LIKE IT!!!!

Finished with my viewing.  Listening to our new master and it sounds great - I'll be sending the audio samples to the webguy.  And I'll be announcing the title here at midnight.

Oh, I had museum training today for our soon to open new public museum.  It's a ton bigger than the old one.  I think they may have too much crammed into it, but it's still under construction, so it may look better once the construction stuff is out of there.  Lots and lots of really cool interactive stuff.  I'm looking forward to working there

I'll be a volunteer.  They want to start up on the oral history interviews again and I volunteered. I guess they've had a hard time finding people to go out and do interviews.  Heck, I'd love to go hear the stories and get them to tell more.   This could be fun

The WB site is having it's 5 for $50 sale.....so this is the time to get your made to order DVD's.  The price doesn't change until you have FIVE dvd's in your shopping cart....and you can get FREE regular shipping, but they do charge your state's sales tax, if any.

I just hated seeing all of the titles I paid $19.98 for go by on the list.

http://www.wbshop.com/on/demandware.store/Sites-WB-Site/default/Search-Show?cgid=WASINGLE&adid=0311WACAnnivEml

This is pretty cool!  At work, I need to order five copies of a title and haven't been able to, yet...now I can get them for half price...if the offer is still available next week.
