DR Jane (and anyone else) do you still watch UNFORGETTABLE (Tues- CBS)?

I saw a preview for tomorrow night's show. And the guest star is Marilu Henner.

I think that is totally awesome.

UNFORGETTABLE is about a woman who can remember every detail about pretty much every day of her entire life. She sees something once and she remembers it.

I first heard about this phenomena when watching THE VIEW. There were a few people (there are not many in the world who have this) on the show who had this. And Marilu Henner is one of them.  I think it is very neat that she will be on the show. I wonder if they quizzed her about what kinds of things her "powers" can do and not do.

IT was very mild here today (17C or high 60sF). Only thing was it was quite windy.

How can one tell if Yogurt has gone bad.  I bought a couple of containers the other day at the store, but I didn't notice that they were still in the bag rather than the refrigerator for about six hours.  Considering all of the problems I have been having with my bladder and other things, I really would rather not eat something that might make me sick.  But I hate to throw away edible food if I don't have to do so.

Is this the same as asking how you know if sour cream has gone bad?

I find the little ones can last even past their expiration date. The way i see if they have gone bad is that it curdles. I've had this happen even on yogurt that is supposed to be good (although i've only seen this happen in the individual packets).

I think you could tell by tasting it if it was truly bad. It would not taste good.

I have a problem with sour cream too! I usually just go by a) the expiration date b) if it gone moldy.

Thanks Jose and Jennifer.  I think I may risk it.  It wasn't like it was the middle of summer here.

DR TCB I must get one of those GPS key chains. Sounds like just what I need.

I don't think they were very expensive either, Doug.

Okay, maybe they are more expensive than I thought they were.

But I guess it is all a matter of prospective.  After all, I am worrying about throwing away a seventy-five cent container of yogurt!

I'm tempted to watch the episode with Marilu Henner.  Will she also have the same abilities?  We stopped watching half way into the 2nd or 3rd episode.

Of the new shows we are only watching PERSON OF INTEREST, TERRA NOVA, & A GIFTED MAN.  We think Person of Interest is top notch.  While not great we enjoy Terra Nova.  Gifted Man has some excellent episodes & others that annoy us.  Keith really doesn't like the dead ex-wife.  I don't know how much longer we will be watching it.

Mikey, have you seen that weird Heineken commerical?  It is kind of like a mini-Bollywood movie.

I may give up on GRIMM, even though it is filmed in Portland.  I thought last Friday night's bee episode was pretty stupid.  Still, they did eat Voodoo Doughnuts last week.

TCB how did the yogurt taste?

Give me a minute.  I don't move very fast, and the fridge is six feet away.

LOL-Is that what it is supposed to taste like?  I think you would know by the taste if it was safe to eat.

Yes, it was Orage Cream.  Lucky I didn't mix it up with the other one.  That one is chocolate.

I hope my rudeness didn't cause Jennifer to leave.  If you are going to be confused with someone, Jane is a pretty good choice.

Time for Nicky and I to go to bed.  Football is ready to start, and it is cheaper to watch it in bed with the electric blanket than to watch it in the living room and heat the whole damn apartment.

Did they have to wait in line for 45 minutes to get them?

I'm now off to my parents' house.  My mom's making chili and cornbread.  I'm sure that it'll be quite tasty!

Be back later.

But before I go...
