Serious vibes and xylophones for Angel Jim.

Welcome back to the Swisher.

I'm feeling a bit nauseous from all my PECCADILLOS today.

All My Peccadillos - that's the title of my next novel.

I'm trying to motivate myself back into the den to finish The River.  A wonderful film, but right now I'm sitting at my laptop like so much fish, trying to get up the energy to toddle back to the den environment.

Jose, dear, I need you to send me what you've got on the Disco song.  Posthaste.  If you don't have the exact notes for the intro, just send the accompaniment and we'll fill them in here.

I'm motivating right now.  I do this by saying, "I think I can, I think I can, I think, I think, I think I can."

Well Matt, there are 30 episodes on the TOP CAT dvd. IMDB says it ran from 1961-62, but I'm not sure if that means one season or split between two. TOP CAT has never gotten the same sort of revival or following as the Jetsons or Flintstones, but fans know its superiority.

In addition to the Sticky Bun, I ate a pastrami thing from Subway at one, and then some Cravin' Crab and Corn Chowder from Von's, which is what's making me nauseous, I think.

Sorry, m'dear, I will be at school all day, and at work all night. Come to DC and we'll make plans.

Jay Leno is the worst comedian ever. I can't wait for him to retire.

I bought Yoyo Ma's "Greatest Hits" today. I suddenly remember why I took cello lessons so long ago. And then I suddenly remember why I quit :).

I also picked up early copies of Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II from 1994, and Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster from 1974.  Also, Anna Lucasta, which I've never seen, starring Miss Eartha Kitt and Mr. Sammy Davis, Jr. with a score by Elmer Bernstein.  Not holding out a lot of hope for it, since it's directed by the very ordinary Arnold Laven.

Didn't in your notes, you mention something about eating wisely or somethin'?

I will have to dig it out, but I'll be sure to send something to you by tomorrow afternoon at the latest...  I still have Grant's fax number... Would that be most expedient?

Nice to meet you, SwishyS.

Even at this late hour, the East Coast is well represented. But this EC-er is heading aboard the Wussberger Express. Next stop: Dreamsville.

The thirty eps ran in one season.  (Try getting a series to run thirty eps in one season these days!)

Oh, I thought everything I got today was early - guess only The River was.

Jose, faxes never come out well, so the hard copy is best.

Ouch!

DR MBARNUM I just purchased from EBAY - a copy of a television pilot of COOL & LAM from 1958 featuring Miss Allison Hayes in a supporting role.  And of course a VHS copy will be on its way to you as soon as I get it!

If BK lived on the Right Coast, he'd be putting up the notes just about now.

I just finished watching an episode of WAGON TRAIN on DVD. Guest star was Joan Freeman. It was very good. And so was she. I adore Joan Freeman.

I've been listening to my new Joe Hisaishi hommage a F. Scott Fitzgerald - it's really lovely.
