I know! I remember some years ago, a winner of some race (I have no idea which) was being called by one of the TV stations after only 3% of the votes were counted. WTF??

It is a very complicated process. They use sample precincts determined by some computer formula, and from those they are able to project most, but not all, races.

This year the limited edition only had three flavors instead of last year’s eight flavors. Turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie.
